How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

  2. Attach unboxing video clearly showing the issue (mandatory for returns).
  3. For exchanges, mention the reason (e.g., size mismatch, styling concern).
  4. Response time: Our team will reply within 24–48 hours.
  5. Unboxing Video Guidelines:
    • Start before opening the outer packaging
    • Show shipping label clearly
    • Capture the full unboxing in one continuous shot
    • Show the product from all angles
    • Do not pause or edit the video

Note: No returns accepted without the unboxing video. The video helps us validate genuine issues and reply faster.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for:

  1. Damaged product (transit damage)
    • Must provide an unboxing video from sealed package to show damage.
  2. Wrong product (design mismatch)
    • Only design differences; size/dimensions are as listed.
    • Unboxing video required.

Important: Raises must be within 3 days of delivery. No video → No return.

Exchange Policy

Eligible for exchange:

  1. Incorrect bangle size.
  2. Product doesn’t suit customer’s look.

Conditions:

  • Exchange fee: ₹150–₹180 (location-based).
  • Requests within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

Non‑Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

  • No unboxing video
  • Requests after 3 days
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Complimentary items (e.g., pendant/mangalsutra chains)
  • Custom or personalized orders

Refund Policy

  • Once the return is received, refund is initiated within 24–48 hours.
  • Refund is credited to the original payment method; may take 5–6 working days depending on bank.

Disclaimer

  • Packaging care: Minor issues (e.g., loose embellishments) may occur due to delicate nature; often fixable at home.
  • Color/design variations: Slight differences due to craftsmanship or natural materials aren’t considered defects.
  • Complimentary materials (pendant/mangalsutra chains): Sourced externally and not eligible for return or replacement.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customer cancellations: Allowed before dispatch; not after shipment.
  • Website-initiated cancellations: Rivanika may cancel orders at its discretion; refunds issued fully via original payment mode.
