Shipping Schedule & Packaging

• We ship items throughout the week (except Sundays & public holidays).
• All orders are carefully packaged in corrugated/plastic boxes with thick bubble wrap for protection.

Domestic Shipping (India)

1. Prepaid Orders

• Shipped via reputed courier partners (DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery).
• Tracking number shared via email and/or WhatsApp.
• Delivery timeframe: 2–4 working days (typically varies based on destination).
• For remote areas, shipments go via Speed Post or Registered Post (India Post).
• Delivery timeframe: 4–7 working days. Tracking available on the India Post website.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD option available widely; if not supported for a given PIN code, the order may be canceled and you’ll be contacted with alternative options.
• Delivery timeframe: Typically 4–5 working days; in rare cases, may take up to 7–8 working days due to courier delays.
• Prepaid is recommended for faster delivery.

Shipping Alternatives

• If regular courier services are unavailable in your area, we use Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

Tracking & Notifications

• Tracking IDs are sent via email and WhatsApp (if opted in).
• For India Post shipments, tracking is accessible at indiapost.gov.in using the provided number.
